Webinar: Use of Technology in Crisis and Behavioral Health Care

The National Council for Behavioral Health is hosting a webinar on the use of technology in crisis and behavioral health care, which will be led by two leaders in technological innovation in crisis services. Content will highlight the differences between a hotline, chat line, and text line; the advantages and challenges of developing a text-based crisis services program; and advice on how to utilize technology to bolster services and maximize output. The webinar will be held on March 29 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. ET.
