Cohort 2 of the Child Safety Collaborative Innovation and Improvement Network

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB), in cooperation with the Children’s Safety Network (CSN), is embarking on a second cohort of the Child Safety Collaborative Innovation and Improvement Network (CS CoIIN) to reduce fatal and serious injuries among infants, children, and adolescents. States, jurisdictions, and tribal health departments are invited to apply. To be considered for selection, interested applicants must submit an application and statement of commitment. States and jurisdictions currently participating in Cohort 1 must only fill out a statement of commitment. All submissions are due by February 24 at 5 p.m. ET.
