This report discusses the benefits that servicemembers supporting Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) receive for Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and recommends that DOD identify factors that its providers use in issuing referrals for further mental health evaluations.
