Working Together for Success: American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Field Ambassadors, State Suicide Prevention Coordinators, and Garrett Lee Smith Grantees

Hosted jointly by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and the Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC), this webinar will introduce AFSP’s Field Ambassadors, state suicide prevention coordinators, and Garrett Lee Smith grantees to one another and describe each group’s work. By having participants learn more about one other, AFSP and SPRC hope to encourage local connections and partnerships, increase effectiveness of our collective work, avoid duplication of efforts, and open up new opportunities. Examples of successful partnerships in several states across the U.S. will be provided and there will be a Q&A and discussion. The webinar will be held on Tuesday, July 26 from 3 to 4 p.m. ET.
