The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) has sponsored a two-part series on recognizing and addressing suicidal ideation and behavior in individuals with a first episode of psychosis. Part one of the series, “Recognizing Suicidal Ideation and Behaviors in Individuals with First Episode Psychosis,” was held on June 28 and is now available online. Part two, “Addressing Suicidal Ideation and Behaviors in First Episode Psychosis Programs,” is now open for registration. It will be held Wednesday, September 7 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. ET.
