The U.S. Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) Tribal Youth Training and Technical Assistance Center is holding a tribal youth conference in December 2016. The conference aims to bring together programs for tribal youth and share successes and challenges in creating, expanding, and sustaining innovative, developmentally appropriate, and culturally relevant approaches for supporting tribal youth. Programs will learn from their peers in the fields of youth development, juvenile justice, trauma-informed care, and culturally-based teachings and practices.
