The Intersection of Opioid Abuse, Overdose, and Suicide: The Role of Chronic Pain

SAMHSA’s Center for the Application of Prevention Technologies (CAPT) and SPRC are co-hosting a webinar that will explore the relationship of chronic pain to opioid abuse, overdose, and suicide. Presenters will examine common characteristics among people with chronic pain and discuss strategies for reducing the risk of opioid overdose and suicide in this population. This webinar will take place on June 28 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. ET; it is the second in a two-part series.
