Sample MOU for Inpatient and Outpatient Behavioral Health Care Providers

The National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention (Action Alliance) has released a sample memorandum of understanding (MOU) for inpatient and outpatient behavioral health care providers. The MOU was developed to help organizations strengthen their care transitions process for patients with suicide risk based on best practices with funding from Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS).
