If your organization has an online presence (e.g., website, blog, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube), you or other users could encounter someone suicidal. You can respond to a cry for help if you have the right resources at your disposal. A new website, www.preventtheattempt.com, was developed by industry and mental health experts and offers three levels of response to suicidal ideation or intent ranging from Basic to Advanced.
