The Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC) is pleased to announce the release of Prevention in Practice: Building Life Skills, Connectedness, and Resilience in Youth. This success story describes how Native Americans for Community Action, Inc. (NACA) partnered with northern Arizona schools to implement Coping and Support Training (CAST) for Native youth. This evidence-based program is helping to enhance life skills and resilience and promote social connectedness and support among students—critical parts of a comprehensive approach to suicide prevention.
