We invite you to take part in a needs assessment to help shape the future of suicide prevention. This critical assessment will help us understand the steps you’re taking to prevent suicide and how the 2024 National Strategy for Suicide Prevention (National Strategy) has guided your efforts.

No matter your level of experience with the National Strategy, we want to hear from you! This assessment is open to everyone involved in suicide prevention, even if it’s not your full-time job. Your anonymous responses will inform the development of resources to support you in preventing suicide.
