The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Disaster Technical Assistance Center (DTAC) has released a special newsletter issue focused on cultural and population sensitivity in disaster behavioral health programs. It discusses how to work with special populations before, during, and after a disaster and build culturally sensitive programs.
