The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Innovation Center has released a request for information. The Center is seeking feedback on a new direction to promote patient-centered care and test market-driven reforms that empower beneficiaries, provide price transparency, increase choice, reduce costs, and improve outcomes. This is an opportunity to propose models for financing suicide prevention care services in health care settings, specifically care transitions, and express the potential cost- and lifesaving outcomes of implementing the proposed models. Comments are due by November 20.
