Assessing Workforce Readiness to Provide Comprehensive Suicide Care

SPRC is hosting a webinar on assessing workforce readiness to provide comprehensive suicide care. It will feature leaders of three health care organizations who used the results of the Zero Suicide Workforce Survey to embed staff training in their health care systems. They will discuss (1) how workforce assessment can support system-wide culture change to ensure patient safety and continuous quality improvement, (2) staff readiness to provide suicide-specific care, and (3) how to explain the purpose and utility of the Zero Suicide Workforce Survey to health care staff.
