The State of State, Territorial, and Tribal Suicide Prevention: Findings from a Web-Based Survey

This report describes a diverse array of suicide prevention resources and activities across states, territories, and a selection of tribes and tribal organizations, as well as progress toward the national goal to reduce suicide rates 20% by 2025. It identifies key areas for improvement, including opportunites to increase capacity for implementing a comprehensive approach to suicide prevention that includes a strong state infrastructure, evidence-based prevention strategies, and multi-sectoral partnerships committed to implementing the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention.
